In one sentence

We collect only what we need to reply to you, we never sell it, and we never train AI on your business or your customers’ data.

The detail below is the binding version. If it ever seems to disagree with the summary above, tell us — we would rather fix the wording than win on it.

What we collect

If you fill in a form or take the Reality Check: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, and your answers. If you call: whatever you tell us, plus the number you called from.

On the website: basic analytics — pages viewed, rough location, how you arrived. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell audience data.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to send you the Reality Check result you asked for. Nothing else.

If you opt into the monthly note, we use your email for that until you unsubscribe. One click, no questions.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not use your business data or your customers’ data to train any AI model. We do not add you to a mailing list because you called us once.

Client data during a project

Your customer records live in accounts registered in your name, which you control and keep if we part ways. Our access is limited to what the work requires and is removed when the engagement ends — see our data-handling page.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted. Client records: as long as we work together, plus seven years for the accounting records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold on you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where law requires us to keep records. Email [email] — we reply the same business day.
